driving along i see and hear a dsm coming up behind me pretty hot, hear the turbo and bov quite aways behind me, so I got a little nervous. An old bearded guy pulls up next to me with an eagle talon awd, gutted interior. he smiles, gives me a thumbs up, and then takes off. We were going about 35 and with how fast he took off I thought he was going to smoke me. But he slows back down, even with me and motions for me to go. So I drop it into second, cutout blaring in his face, and hammer it, gettin a little bit of wheelspin. He hit it almost at the same time, so I jump a car. Raced until the very top of 2nd (6600 rpm, 80 mph?) and i maybe pulled another fenderlength on him. We got stopped at the light, where he got to hear my car idle for the first time him and his passenger got wide-eyed, and said "badass car man!" I replied with the same, he said he had like a "50-trim" turbo on it. I've never heard of that but he said he estimated 300 hp at the wheels, which I think is a little optimistic at 3000 pound weight. Anyways he pulled an AWD launch at the green light and his front end pulled up so high I said "damn!" to myself. Anyways, cool old guy driving an actually fast dsm, I'm glad he didnt' smoke me :)

Good kill, it's allways cool to run and tell both people driving both have decntly fast cars and both respect each other.

Get a couple more vids of your car if youy can.

well I've done a little research and a 50 trim is good for around 350 whp, so he probably wasn't pushing the turbo much at all. I'm gonna be on the lookout for him in the future because he'll probably dust me next time unless I do some more mods.

i am guessing that he doesn't have very modiffied suspension on it... i think that if he had better suspension he would have scooled you... but it is all paper racing for that kinda talk

we raced from a roll so suspension isn't a factor. he launched off the light but I needed to get over in his lane to merge onto the freeway so I just let him go. i know he woulda killed me off the line, i probably wouldn't catch him until like 120. On street tires I get no traction, I spin all the way through second on a good 1-2 shift. crap on the freeway today there was an SRT-4 playin with me. Too bad it was raining, because in the rain I get squirrely in 4th gear at 75, lol anything can beat a camaro in the rain :(

dude that thongs and cleavage thread is effin awesome
