B&M "Style" Short shifter-oh, shit.
 

Well, I got burned and wasn't paying attention when buying my short shifter on Ebay. It's B&M "style", how gay. Oh well. I got this thing with no instructions, just the shifter and a bag of rings. Can someone tell me how I install this?
