Default Hydro vs Cable Tranny

I am kinda unfamilar with tranny's...I was wondering what everyones opionon on hydraulic and cable trannys and what one would you suggest.

I would do everything I could to have a cable transmission. Easier to locate friction zone and sturdier clutch I've found.

hydro sucks,its just another hydraulic system you have to fill and bleed.

well some engines arent compatible with any cable trannies, and vice versa

True, but there are adaptor kits available for many of them. I myself prefer cable as well.

o sorry, im doing an engine and transmission swap going from auto to manual. I need a clutch cable before they can start working. Do u know where i can get one? o ya its going in a 95dx and im swapping to a JDM D15B

Have you tried someplace like eBay? Other than that, I can't help you much. I get most of my stuff from wholesalers/importers and wrecking yards, so I don't know a lot of good OE websites.
