*ok how many second on the track does it take off if you have cutouts on your car with open headers I have heard many didn't like 4 sec so need to see whatcha think?????

little or none, depending on what else is done. If you have a fully built motor, or youre runnign a decent amount of boost, then it might be a half second, tops. on a stock car, its not going to give you more than a couple of horses.
