Default 19" Tires

My friend has an 04 accord with 19's hes running 225-35-19 TOYO's . He's looking for a tire that has a bigger side wall what would be the next size or what would work best for him. He needs a meatier tier due to the fact that the streets around the way are garbage and he already bent one rim so he needs a tire with a bigger side wall..any suggestions...?

Thanks
