Default 93' Honda Civic, Auto Tranny Prob

Hello, I just recently bought a 93' Honda Civc, Automatic. The tranny runs rough in 1st then kicks into 2nd then runs fine. I just recently had a tranny flush and hoped for the best but no luck. The speed sensor is not put in could that have anything to do with it? It runs fine except for that transition from 1st to 2nd. I am new to civic's so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I put a can of slick50 for transmissions in mine and it helped but if you have a mechanical problem....it won't help that. For about 15 bucks it's worth a shot though, mine is a 1991 dx hatch
