You'll hate it the first day lol, but after you get the basics down, you'll be alright. Takes some time, and remember whenever you feel like your going to stall or have a bad bucking start, PUSH the clutch back in, and you can start over without making yourself look like a total newb lol

....but it's still a Neon!

ive said it before and i'll say it until armageddon. an SRT4 is not a neon. calling an SRT4 a neon is like calling an Evo a Lancer.

good kill tho pete. SRT4s are quick cars. you'll love the manual. do yourself a favor and learn going up a hill. its a helluva lot harder and takes a little longer, but in the end you learn quicker and drive better.

and like forty said, its soooo much more fun to drive. after driving my civic for over a year, driving this auto jimmy is like getting of a huge roller coaster and getting on a merry go round (ok not that extreme...but you get my point...it just adds a whole new aspect to driving and its a lot more fun).

Nice kill... And yes you'll love the 5-speed. Totally changes the whole driving experience.

Don't worry, Pete... I can't drive stick either ... I'm hopefully going to be swapping to a 5-speed and teaching myself soon, too... good luck!
