Default just bought some new stuff

i just bought meguiar's car wash - in the pink, meguiar's hot rims wheel cleaner - in the pink, and meguiar's NXT insane tire shine. i hope this stuff does good because i paid a lil more for it. i think i am going to get the NXT wax and detailing spray before this weekend where i can wax it and shine it up real good.

i wouldn't get the nxt wax or there detailing spray get meguiars gold class wax and final inspection or quick detailer by meguiars..i use to be sponsored by them and got tons of there products never liked alot of the nxt line tire stuff rules but there quick detailer was a pain to get off u really have to buff it to get it off.
as far as wheel cleaners what kind of rims do u have..chrome, painted , factory?

oh i got konig's ....i think they are hyper light...the shiny silver. ok then...looks like i got the right stuff so far. i havent ever used any spray after a wax on the car...so i should get gold class wax and what to put on after the wax? i dont need anything to spray on plastic because i armor all that.

final inspection or quick detailer thats what u use in between washes or for shows. its like a quick spray on wax

as far as the wheels i wouldn't use wheel cleaner on them jus wash them normally then use the quick detailer or final inspection..

sounds like you are on the right path

yeah i would use soap and water on the rims,,, dont want to take any chances of striping the pain off the rims... that would be very bad

i tried the NXT generation wax and it gave me excellent results for 8 year old paint. wasn't to impressed with Meg's scratch-x though. it worked but didn't do a perfect job for my stubborn perfectionist way of detailing/cleaning a car
