A dedicated forum for people to have a thread specifically for their car/build and update it as they please, and people could comment on it and such... I suppose there are other forums where someone could post that, if they like, but having one specific place for it would be neat. A user would be able to go to that forum and scan through the posters to look at a specific user's car if they wanted to see it.
