Default clutch kits

I am looking to buy a new clutch kit for my 97 civic EX, which brand has the most potential and should i get stage 1, 2, 3. I dont have any engine work done, someone told me i couldn't get a stage 3 but im not sure, please help???

stage one is basicly a stock clutch with a lttle bit more grip, but if you are gonna mod down the road i would probably go with a stage 2 because it still has somewhat te same stock clutch feel but with way more grip for performance parts... if you are just gonna replace it and sell the car i would go with a stage 1

the stg 1 excedy so far has held up to 233whp/201wtq out of our turbo ls set up. although we have never ran the car on slicks its held up great for us.
