Default 1996 Honda Civic EX Sedan

I need help finding out what Size Rim I should buy. And what Size Rim I can fit and the most and what tires I should get. So I just wanna get the best rim and tire to fit my car at a $1000-1300CDN. Oh and by the way the Civic that I have is the Dark Green I was wondering if I should get black or chrome.

for 1000 its going to be a little iffy..i no when i was buying my rims it was hard to find somthing under 1000, where do you live in Canada?..the best thing you can get is a rim and wheel package, at performance improvements if you herd of them in canada they usually have really good deals on tires and rims..i would go with 17" rims with a silver rim, not crome

check out this green civic with siver rims..looks MINT!

hey cham... are you looking for a fast and furious look or more of a jdm/oem race look? faf look would be awosome some 17s or up rims with a base color and a polished lip like was mentiond before. ide say black or greyish silver gunmetal. if you wanna go the other way... you can find wheel packages for 15s and 16s flat black, gunmetal, grey and such for around 500-1000 easy. ive found a set of wheels that are spoon sw knockoffs for 500 a set with tires and mounting hardware. also, www.jdmcarboy.com has some cool rims with lips on them that look real good and are cheep. JUST STAY AWAY FROM BIG CHROME! haha

I think 18" would be too big. I had a set of 18" Exels w/ 215/35r18 tires (they came with the car)....I was lowered roughly an inch and would get some rubbage with the steering wheel at full lock in either direction. Traded with a buddy for his 16" Enkei RS5s (205/45 tires), and of course the rubbing is gone, so I suggest that rim size. Plus, I think 16s look better. However, if you're planning on getting a big brake kit sometime down the line, you'll need at least 17" wheels....I'm looking for a kit that fit's 16s and can't find one.

go with 15-16 and you will get price you want easy.. put more money into quality tires instead of bigger rims.. course if you want a little harsher ride for slightly better turning grip then go with 17's..
