Default Body Kit Help!

Ok So I Recently Bought A Civic 90 and it came with a Body Kit. Now The Front And Back bumper were on But I Had to Put On Front Bumper Better Cuz The dude didnt know what he was doing. Now I Need To Put The Side Skirts on.. Well Im having Problem There comming Up Short!!.. Any ideas On What to do Or anything At all. I Mean i was thinking Trimping back off and just Molding it in with teh car so it blends in with car. But i dont know if i want to do that do teh car. Also i was thing if any one knew of any items to help me out, thanks

how short? do you just mean it wont reach around the fender?

Well yea It Wont Go Over fender it looks about half inch short
And sorry i dont have anypictures .. My camera is broke and im planing on getting a new one after i get my Rims

i never suggest molding it to the body maybe cutting it in half and re fiberglassin the middle..

dont cut half and refiberglass..that will weaken it... try to cut out the back corner or front corner of the flap that goes on the flat side of the fender.. then u need to inset the one side to the actual fender.. then mold over.. its complicated.. but it should work.. or you could try to just force it on...

dogg lol i tried forcing it but i was hearing a crack sound so i just looked at my bro and stoped and he was liek it was almost on and i ws liek fuk taht lol
Im t6hinkin of cutting flabbs off tehn mold over and sand down over to give it that blended look
