Turbo question?

After I get out of boot camp in December I want to do a lot of work on my car. The first thing im going to do is buy a B18 engine but not swap it yet, I want to find a place to store it and build it up, that would include a turbo and im going to want to build the motor to handle some boost and I keep hearing you guys talk about if you "tune", what do you mean tune it? like what is it exactly, would you use hondata? or something close to that.

RE: Turbo question?

Before diving into a huge project, I suggest you do your homework. You're on the right track tho, you would use Hondata (or one of many others) to "tune." In a nutshell, Tuning is the adjustment of Air/Fuel ratio and making sure you don't run too rich/lean

....that is a VERY compact nutshell. Read up man :D
