Hello all. I hope to be purchasing a civic soon. I'm actually going to look at one tomorrow. It's a 99 with 100K. 4 door, EX I believe. I know these are pretty reliable cars but anything I should ask specifically? I've been told to see if the timing belt and water pump have been replaced as both need doing around 75K, is this correct? Also if these things have not been done do you guys know how much off the price that would take? They are asking $6,900 for this one. I'm also really not sure if I should try to by a 96 or so for around $4,000 or a 99/00 for around $6,000. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
