Default 2006 EX Shift points

I just purchases a new 2006 EX five-speed, the car is better then I thought. I am extremely happy with it. Anyway, What are the optimal shift points for the new Civic? Am I correct in my assumption that the power ban is between 4000 and 5500. Is that the appropriate time to make my shifts? I am looking for good gas mileage. I drive 100 a day and need to save on gas. I appreciate any info you can share.
