I know this is a civic forum, but i am thinking of doing an Accord project but i don't know what type of engine swap to do. I don't want a 2 door accord but i want to do a 4 door sleeper with maybe a turbo and NOS, but i am not sure yet.  I wanted to know what a good motor to put in the car and what type of sh*t to do to the motor, and i was also wondering if they make shift kits for automatics. I would appreciate the input.

how much are you willing to dump into this project?  a four door is so heavy, you are gonna have to build that thing out to make it go anywhere. but if you want to make it really go then check out the acura cl-s swap with the 6 speed.

Turbo H22 with a 50 or 75 shot! The auto should be switched to a 5 speed if possible. I don't know if they make shift kits for autos but the do make race torque converters for autos.

A front to rear wheel conversion would cost more than the car and motor..
