If the pedal goes all the way to the floor, it means the cups (seals) in the master cylinder are worn or deformed.
Air in the brake hydraulic system will just cause a spongy pedal feel.

you need to demount the tire from the wheel as the TPMS sensor is located inside. the valve stem is part of the TPMS sensor.

Not only that, the condenser needs air flowing thru it to cool down the hot refrigerant, pretty much like a radiator or intercooler.

Did they tell you the exact trouble code?
I dont see why you need to replace the ECU before checking spark plugs, coil, distributor rotor, etc. Maybe they are trying to rip you off, i dont know.

96-98 D16Y8s had the primary Ho2S on the exhaust manifold, 99-00 D16Y8s have it on the downpipe. you might have gotten the wrong manifold.

You can track a leak using UV light-reacting dye, they sell those kits at most autoparts and just put the dye in the system, and start looking at the hoses, connections, compressor, and condenser....

No, they look exactly the same as the EX CD player, except that the SI lights up red. It does not have "Si" written on it.

Pioneers are known to be very delicate, my friend had the same problem with his pioneer HU. I lent him my brand new pioneer and it was fine, no noises whatsoever...till it got stolen.
