Default 1994 honda civic ECU

were is the ECU on my car located and does it make a difference if i get the ECU from a stick shift will it make a differance in performance

The ecu is located under the glove box, to the right of the passenger side feet area, under carpet. About the stick thing, do you have an automatic. If so, I would not do that.
