RE: WILL I NEW HEADER (MANIFOLD) INCRESE PERFORMANCE?

First of all, a header attaches to the engine block to route exhaust gasses to your cat, then rest of your exhaust system. A good aftermarket header (DC Sports, Greddy, Megan Racing) will add power, but will add more power if you already have a different cat-back exhaust system. The intake manifold is on the opposite side of the engine and attaches to the block, and throttle body. The air goes in thru a filter, through the stock air intake, then through the throttle body, then to the intake manifold, then to the engine.
Generally speaking to gain power, work on replacing the stock exhaust (cat-back, then catalytic converter, then header), then the intake (filter and intake), then getting a new throttle body (TB) and intake manifold (IM) will add power also.

Secondly, it is much easier to understand what you are asking when it's not all in caps and and things are spelled correctly ;).

Peace, Evan

Good job, and you can call a header an exhaust manifold (opposing to intake manifold)
