Default Have I been patient enough with this person?

I bought something off a guy online on the 9th. He said he'd send the 14th. Yesterday he said he was busy and hadn't sent but would send that day and get me the tracking info. As of tonight I've heard nothing back from him but he has been online and could have easily let me know if he sent or not. I really wanted to put this on my car this weekend but it looks like no chance that will happen. So should I send a more harsh PM or call him out?

Thats why I am a little iffy about buying something off the internet.Though if you read the fine print some companys say it takes 2 to 6 weeks for shipping. If he didnt have time to sale it and ship it he shouldnt of sold it at all if he already recieved payment he should mail it can't you even call a have ups pick it up.

He should have shipped it when you paid or the day after. Tell him if he wont ship you'll leave negative feed back

Well it wasn't on ebay, just off a site like this. The deal was to send it on a certain day cause he needed it til then, I agreed...but if I don't hear from him tonight I'm sending him another message.

If you dont hear back from him, make a thread about it. Stating your opinion on the guy, be respectful, but make sure people know not to deal with him. Thats how I would deal with it.

^ listen to AllFor, that is the best way to go about it, make it public but don't make it harsh, keep it professional.

I agree with AllForSRT.
But have a little more patience. Even though you bought it on the 9th, you're still within the timeframe margin that is common between payment and shipping. What I mean is that I've waited this long for shipping from legit companies. Just keep putting the pressure on this guy for another week. If he doesn't shape up, take action.

I had to wait 3 months for a carbon fiber spolier before they shipped it to me. Due to Boeing and the military buying carbon fiber. So now that Im parting out my car I didnt even get a chance to put on the spolier so its sitting in the box waiting for some guy from around town to buy it as soon as he gets paid. The spolier showed up a week after I got the 04 si and that blowed a$$.

I would wait a lil and just give it a chance. I myself have been in a place to where I got paid for something and could not ship it till a week later.
