Looking for a roomate since my friend moved out.

335 for rent and 1/4 of the utlilties which is like 100-150

Details of the house
3 bedroom
Loft
Garage with air tools and such (yes you get a spot)
I have Roadrunner i will let you use for free
We have tons of furniture so u just need to bring your stuff but if you have more we are finshing the basement and can use some more
we have a dog but she is a nice dog so if you have one as long as it is well behaved...no cats highly allergic
