Not much you can do to clean off the brake discs, any dirt and stuff on the disc will be burned off when you apply the brakes. However, if you want to make the discs look better with your rims look into getting drilled or slotted rotors. Brembo is a good company, Brembos run like $160 for the set and are quite a bit more expensive then regular rotors. Also you can look into getting a big brake kit, big rotor kit, or a rear disc conversion. For me, if your going to get rims that show your rotors you definatly should not have drums in the back. I just think that looks really bad. A rear disc conversion runs like $300.
