Default which turbo?

I have a 98 Dx d16y7 w/ a mini me swap and im doing internals. I want to piece together a turbo kit but i have no idea what turbo to look for. So what do you think i should get w/o spending over $2000 on everything

I'm not sure what turbo you need but I do have a turbo that I need to get rid of. I was going to install it on my car but i got in a lot of trouble and wasn't alowed. I still have it if you want it. 30 bucks and I'll ship it to you.

i would say anything below a t3/t4 would be perfect because it wouldnt take long to spool up and make good power with small amount of boost

Ok so i dont know much about the brands or t3/t4 turbo stuff. Could someone expleain what these are and exactly what one i should look for if i wanna run some decent psi.

garrett T3/T03E with a .63 A/R ratio, stage 2 wheel and a 50 trim compressor.
