If you change the engine it's not going to match up. You could still use the main parts such as the turbo and wastegate, intercooler ect., but all your exhaust and piping will have to be reworked to...

I have stock internals and run 11psi on a t3/t4 turbo 57 trim. .63a/r. I've had it for 2 years and I drive it hard everyday. Putting down approx. 300 whp. Make sure to tune it and get your a/f ratio...

I think driving a car like a supra is much better than driving a vette for the simple reason you don't see one on every corner. It's worth every penny of 9K and I'll gaurantee he'll have alot easier...

Either he's not stock or the Evo isn't even trying. My buddy had a K20 swap out of a RSX-Type S With full exhaust and the fastest we ran the 1/4 in was mid to upper 13's. A evo at 22psi would be deep...
