Lowering Help!!!

So i traded my Green Hatch last week for a DC2 integra, and the guy gave me a set of H&R lowering springs with the teggy....

Can i put the springs on the stock struts?. like my tein s-techs...

today i took off my valve cover and sanded it, cleaned it, and painted it....i also took a lot of **** out of my engine bay(windsheild fuild tank, A/C lines & Fan, etc.)..I also cleaned up my block...

I just found my AlpineCVA-1004 DVD Headunit in the shed..and im tryin to put it on my civic, and then put my PS2 in it... i have everything hooked up..
