thats not a light up speaker. thats reflection from the interior lighting. Stay the hell away from light up speakers!!! I worked at a stereo shop and have NEVER seen a quality light up speaker.

just put the keys in and while its beeping stick your head under the dash till you find the buzzer and yank it out by its annoying litttle throat!!! Thats what I would do!!
