Using old head gasket/broken stud

Quick question:
What will happen if I remove the head of my d16, fix it, and put it back on using the same head gasket? What are the risks? How serious of a no-no is this?

I've got a stud from...

I'd like to go with Magnaflow for obvious reasons.
It's going on an eg...

RE: is it possible to get rid of the black strips on the doors

danomatic93 has it right. If you want it to look like that, take them off, cover with metal, and repaint. Body shops do it all the time.
I've alsoseen it done with... You guessed it.... Bondo! :)

If you're really going to do all of this, I bet you would have already researched and know the answer to your own question.

Exhaust fitting ek vs. eg

I'm looking at a new exhaust. It says it will fit:
1992-2000 2 door/4 door and 1996-2000 3 door

Does anyone know how hard it would be to make it fit a 92-95 3door?
I can't imagine there's...

RE: Installed my friends system ('96 DX)

Haha. That setup is no good, my friend. Pioneer 10 vs JL 10 is not a good idea. Cheap boxes from WalMart also not a good idea.
