I heard somewhere that it is possible to do a simple port job on the stock exhaust manifold with a dremel. True?[I'll try to find the artcle.]

Wouldn't the 07 Si have a low restriction cat anyway? Maybe 93 octane BP and a cat back mandrel bent exhaust would be better then breaking the law or spending alot on a low restriction cat.
