XTD vs. XTR clutch

Anyone know the difference between an XTD stage 3 clutch and an XTR stage 3 clutch? can't find much on the subject, other than the XTD is slightly more expensive.

call the manufacterer for more insight, usually but not always an R is a code like that usually means "race version" and might not be suitable for the street.
