Hi all, first post - so be gentle. I'm in the process of picking out a 2dr Civic for my Project HCF. This will be a long term project done over several years on a moderate budget. What would you suggest for a mechanically inclinded newbie? I own 2002 V6 Accord that I plan on keeping well beyond 200,000 miles. I would like to get suggestions from the forum as to which year, model etc. Civic to purchase. I'd like to have as many interchanglable parts with my Accord as possible. I can see pulling the motor from my Accord out, plopping in a new one and rebuilding the V6 for the Civic - does that make sense? My goal is to have an extremely safe, fast, reliable and hot looking ride. V6, turbo, street-race suspension, top of the line breaks and maximum saftey features. I don't want to be injured - that would keep me from riding my superbike (ZRX1100). If you know of a similar approach to this project, please point it out to me so I can focus my reading. This is a great forum. Thanks in advance.
