How do I get this speaker to fit in the front door of an 01 ex coupe??? Have you guys seen the stock speakers? they are an inch thick with like no magnet!!!

Try ductape... j/k. Are u sure they will fit? They look too deep.

They are really deep, but I really want them to fit... may have to get 'custom', but I got such a good deal on them that it would be a waste otherwise ( paid 50$ for 199.99 speakers) (and thats not even the best deal i got)

if they're too deep for the door, you might want to see if it's possible to fit a spacer between the speakers and door. on the 01's, do the door panels cover the speakers?

Yes they do... which makes it a pain to change the speakers... and the worst part is that its easier to change these than the rear speakers... but i will let you guys know how it goes after this weekend

if you can't get them to fit in the door, I would recomend getting some kick panels and throw them one the floor

take some pictures of the door panel... maybe you can surface mount them... or like apex said you can make some kick panels.
