Default Eibach Sportline

I'm just about to buy a eibach sportline kit for my 2002 civic lx .The kit give's a 1.4 in drop in front and rear . Will this drop damage my shoks ?
By the way my socks are in good shape(almost new). And they are OEM

Whenever you lower your car you should buy performance shocks because it puts more stress on em. I have those exactly same shocks with Tokico HP's. Your stocked shocks should be fine but you should look for some performance shocks down the line, its like yin without the yang, peanut butter w/o jelly :P
