Default Transmission

So i just bought a used transmision with only 50,000 miles on it...for only 500 from a guy who sells engines...Im pickin it up today..and Me and my dad are going to be putting it in my car this friday..I cant wait..cuz right now when i drive my car i have to drive so slow becuz the transmission i have in my car now is almost shot...and like all the gears slip..so this friday is going to be a good day.... i will try to get some pics of the whole process by this weekend.....

does it pop out of gear? or like while you are accelerating the motor winds up but the car doesnt move like it should?

Yeah like it will rev up and the car wont really move at all..and then 1st and 2nd gear it studders before it goes into these gears....
