build a motor for one or the other boost or spray. its hard to tune the car for both. your goin to have alot of money in getting to the 10 range, and alot of time and even more money.

jus set a realistic goal and go day by day. to build a motor your goin to be in the 1500-2500 range for a b series then theres alot of supporting things to get alot of power.

start with a motor swap and go from there

First upgrade should be a new caps lock key imo.

The cheapest 10 sec car you're going to get out of a civic is a turbo D (no nitrous). But if you had to ask this question, you probably have no idea what you're doing.

You're going to need to push 450+whp out of an engine that normally makes barely 145whp. If you need to ask such broad questions, then you don't really stand a chance.
