Skunk2 Shift Knob - 11/20/2006 6:57:16 PM    TheMoogly Posts: 2941 Joined: 4/7/2006 Status: offline Vehicle: 2004 Civic LX (But for any Civic w/a threaded shifter) Product: Skunk2 Shifter Knob Vendor: Skunk2 (Purchased at local shop) Cost: $40 Rating: 10 of 10 Install Time: Just about 45 seconds To install: It comes with a small nut that you screw on before the shifter... then you twist the shifter until it is as low as possible while being aligned right... then you take a wrench and turn the screw until it fastens itself to the knob and holds it secure and you're done! Should take no longer than 1 minute I am thinking of painting the red in the shifter to silver so it will match the same as the majority of the interior of the car... I will put paint on a tooth pick and fill it as i go... IT IS VERY HEAVY and they told me it will break an aftermarket shifter unless it is solid aluminum... it helps my shifting be a little more smooth and quiet, the shifter weighs probably 2 pounds! < Message edited by TheMoogly -- 11/20/2006 7:04:02 PM > _____________________________ 精神分裂病。。。もし分かればあなた天才だよ！!
