ok ive got a few questions, first whats the difference in performance between having a big turbo over a small turbo, like i know the bigger u go the more lag u have but why go bigger turbo? and also whats ctr or itr?

ok figured it out, civic type R and integra type r

bigger can push more hp top end than a smaller turbo...

Think of a turbo as an air pump, the larger the pump the more air can be moved. The more air entering your engine the more horsepower you can make. Also, larger turbo's take less heat and less energy to compress the same amount of air than a smaller turbo, less heat = denser air = more power. Smaller turbo's also choke up and restrict exhaust flow easier than large ones, limiting horsepower by not letting the used air out of the engine.

in my opinion i would start off with a larger t-3/to4e so that way over time you have room if you ever want to up the boost when you have the mods to enable yourself to go faster
