Default b20 head on ls

what type of output would a b20 port and polished, shaved head run on an ls motor with stock bottom end? i got a guy who gave me the head for free (bare head and caps only)so im wondering if its worth the work to build the head and slap it on or go b16 head or a vtec head.

same head but the ls intake manifold is better than the B20 intake manifold

thanks marty, btw i got another questuin is there anything specific that i need to do to put the head on or is it a straight swap. im new to b series.

y are u goin to use the b20? i'de go with ls vtec and in my opinoin would be a better setup. IMO
