Default aftermarket cam

what should i do for a cam setup for a b20 head? is there any out there or am i looking at a regrind.

use a b16 head they flow the same as the ITR b/c they were both made on the same casting line from the factory but the ITR has more refinements done toit

do a stage 1 cam on stock valvesprings ifyou want to keep it below 9K rpm valve springs and retainers if you want to go above that

a b16 head isnt a b20 head.....


just use factory LS cams. they are a slight upgrade from the stock B20 cams, and are pretty cheap.

still havenet answered my question lol y would you sacrifice the upper rpm hp with vtec and better flowing head of the b16

because the b18 and b20 bottom end needs to be gone through before you put a B16 head on it.
