Well your first question I have no idea since i have never owned anything newer than '93 but id have to say its held in by either screws or pop-able clips....

And to your second question depending on where you decide to put the amp you could either attach it to a preexhisting ground, attach it to a bolt that holds the seats or something attach to the body of the car but make sure you sand off the paint first to get a good ground...or you can go the extra effort and drill a hole somewheres in the trunk area and make it so a bolt will tighten down to it and sand the paint around that area where the ground will be touching and bolt'er down....

2 door or 4 door

2 door --- instructions

*1 remove your kick panel , there's a plastic tap in the middle remove it

2* remove the cap that's on your lock / unlock key insert where your trunk release is , there is a philip screw there

3* remove your B pillar (( that's the middle pillar )) ====pic below====

4* when removing the running board make sure that you look out for the trunk release it will start to catch on the panel when removing it .

5* you don't need to remove the back seat or the back pillar start to tug the wire around the seat towards the rear

when grounding the basslink don't ground in place of a stock screw ( example where the set belt bolt is ) make your own ground . the best place is right where your driver side rear straight tower is below that , just scrape off the paint and ground there {{{{{ make sure you don't use a long screw your gas tank lines are near there , use a half inch screw , a metal screw you can get 10 for a 1$ at your auto parts store }}}}}

4 door --- instructions

same as above you just have one more panel to remove which is the rear running board
