Paypal me 170 USD and I'll send it to you. Once you've used it and returned it to me in proper working order and without missing pieces, I then will refund you 130 USD. Thus you will be renting it for 40 bucks*. *after 3 weeks of having the tool, starting for the day it is received, 5 dollars will be added to the rental fee. So, just return it before 3 weeks and it's only 40 bucks!
