Default Turbo D Civic vs. Lotus Elise

oddly, where i live there are 2-3 Lotus Elises around. there is one that has an exhaust on it and i see it hauling arseeverywhere. i wanna run it soooo badly but when im actually driving i never see it. ill be standing at a meet with some friends and ill see it, dude never stops in to say hi to fellow car enthusiasts eitherfor some reason.. lol. i know they arent very fast, but for the power they have and all 1700-1800 pounds they are pretty decent. i just think it would be fun to beat a 50,000 dollar car in my civic that has all together costed me around 7-8 grand. maybe someday the showdown will happen. until then ill just keep wishing.

Yeah, good luck with that....

The reason he doesn't stop to talk to you guys, is probably because he doesn't want a bunch of dudes trying to challenge him to race on the streets

also, the US elise is a 13.0s car from the factory
it's also basically a go-kart on steroids for handling... so any street or highway racing it's going to win hands down

the point of me posting this was because everytime i see him on the streets he's racing somebody... so i dont think he'll have too much problem with it.

yes they do have a toyota motor in them the 2.2l 2zzge i think but the ported the heads a little more and added a free flow header system , they went with toyota to save weight and add durabillity , what is even cooler is i made the main bearing & con rod bearing for them
