lube is lube in all honesty.... I run synthetic (whatever brand is in my hand, but will add a bit of dyno in a pinch there is 50% synthetic blends out there so it is safe) and i vary the weight...

I like the way they look and i am 6'5 270 and they are not the most comfortable (parking break digs in to my leg) but the seats are awesome and its nice but my civic is just better imo
