Default wiring prob under dash

so the civic i got was stripped for scca andno done properly.when the cruise was yanked it took speedo and tach signal with it.as a result i also have no vtec.can some one please tell me where to get a tach signal under the hood ?i have a tach and vtec cotroller im hoping i can get to work together thanks in advance

pretty sure it comes from the ecu, but not totally sure. its on the passenger side.

not really what im lookin for .i read that theres a wire in my engine bay that i can get a tach signal from.if i can get my tach to work i have a rpm activated window switch for my vtec silinoid. is it one of the wires on the distributor?

Open the hood and in the very back right (drivers side) corner there's a blue wire going into a connector that's not attached to anything... that's your signal.
