Default clay bar treatment

is there a easier way to do this??

Easy compared to what? You basically lubricate the surface, (with a QD or soapy water) and drag the clay over your paint, folding to cleanportions of the clay as you go... It doesn't get any easier than that. You can't say for example, put clay on a rotary polisher and go at it like that. It's a gentle, slow, methodical, process...
