i'll have to get some for my wifes car - last month she took a right hand turn on a dark road - & blew out 2 right side tires on the curb[sm=headbang.gif]
So if this is a rim and tire combo that makes it work... Basically everybody would have the same rims... and they'd be hideous like the one in the picture. I'll take a few flat tires and worn tires over conformity any day.

they made those a long time ago, they're still going through DOT testing and aren't sure if they are going to be passed for street use. they were originally designed for work equipment such as bobcats and such. the only downside would be the ride comfort becauseyou can't adjust the tire pressure (given), and they have to be specially mounted. they probably won't be for consumer use for a long time.
