Default 'Clipse Killer

Back in late august when it was still 95 f-ing degrees out here, I was driving home from my gf's house at about 11:45 at night. I'm runnin my CRX Si with the b18, integra LS trans and ecu.this NICE lookin eclipse(most likely and RS that had some cosmetics work done)comes up next to me at the light. He has his windows halfway down and i has his interior all green neon(so stereotypical lol) so i see him nod at me and rev it up. The motor sounds like it has one of those cheap whistlers on it that makes it sound like it has a turbo lol. So i nod back and roll my window up, and drop into first. (I had just put brand new perellis on her That light turned green and we took off. He kept even with me until the I hit third, and I blew him off by a length. At the top of third gear, I was doin' mid to high 90's, and shifted into 4th. I pulled another 3/4 of a length on him and cut right in front of him and lit my hazards up for for a big F U! . The next light was yellow and i blew thru it and he stopped.

The Si also has
-Tanabe stainless steel 3" exhaust
-DC wrapped header
-Reworked pistons and resealed block
-2" Eibach drop(non-adjustable)
-14" steelies!
-hartop replacing the sunroof for weight reduction
-cold short ram air

You shoulda stopped and talked to him about setups. It's a nice gesture. Plus then you would know what you beat. Nice kill overall though

He def. at least had an exhaust on it, sweet lookin body kit, huge, almost unnecessary wing, 5% tint on all the glass, kinda hard to believe anyone would do all that without having SOMETHING under the hood. He was at least in his mid 20's lol.

yeah, prolly. those dumbass's are what gives us a bad name lol. I can't tell you how many times i've had to prove that my CRX can blast the**** out of the 3.8 stock mustang, or kids my age with lightly modded cavaliers, or even some newer(non v-tec) ex's

yeah man. Its a shame. For example there were some Z owners coming and ragging on us. Those people give owners bad names. People auto think honda when they talk about rice. 3.8 stang? I bet you could hang with some 5L's

Which brings me to another race right before the ice(kansas weather sucks a fat nut sometimes) hit out here. It was wayshorter than the eclipse.I was in a hurry to get home, late for curfew again, and without even thinking, i came up on this black on yellow mustang, not a GT, but it had a diff. front lip and side skirts that surprisingly blended nicely with the stock rear bumper('02 or '03 model fore sure). I drafted him and got around him on the left side right before we came to the light. It was a clear night and he rolls his window down. I hit the button on mine(oh yeah. electric options in a crx! ) and he asks if I want to run. The only reason I say yes is the kid looks like he's 15 and his daddy's car. Long story short, he neutral dropped it, smoked the tires until i shifted to second around 4500(to keep second from chirping) and i left him practically at a stand still, letting off before I even thought about shifting into third. We stopped at the next light and talked again. I asked how old he was and he said he just got the car for his 16th bday. I wished him luck on his next race and had trouble stopping myself from laughing on the way home.

-also, by this time, i had thrown one of those little "tornado" things that you see on tv into my intake. it says it gave u up to 3-5 more hp and 1-3 more mpg. idk bout the hp but i sure got better gas mileage. I recommend it! worth the 15 bucks!

Nah, I raced one that a kid owns from my school. He just got it 2 days before, we did a quarter and he had me by almost 2 lengths by the finish line. He was also a way better driver lol.
