I'm doing the same swap right now, The 95 motor is a d16z6, found a difference in the distributor on how it mounts. and I think I need a different ECU. Can not get car to run yet. Not sure, but I believe the injector timing is different.

I believe 96 is OBD2, while 95 is OBD1, so distributor, ecu andwiring changes are in order.

Willthe OBD1 ECU work with a OBD2A to a OBD1 jumper harness in the 96 civic? And will the 95 distributor work, or can I use the96 distributor with mods?
