So....2.25" back from a Spoon high-flow cat (thats bolted onto an ebay header) to my APC muffler. All mandrel bent, no resonator YET (gonna get a Magnaflow soon enough), but for the time being i'm not satisfied with it. The sound is still kind of raspy and not as low as i wish it was. I guess i was kind of setting myself up for that though with the crappy muffler and no res, but still disappointed nonetheless...

well heres a driveby and a rev anyway  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luNTqwRjDLE

the camera has REALLY bad sound, its not really as raspy as the video makes it out to be

I'd take it off at least until you get the resonator

It's not bad, but I am not a big fan of the raspy-crackling exhaust sound...sounds a bit to ricey

Resonator may do the trick for the raspiness. Also could be the APC muffler. I'm not too sure on how well they're produced. I know from experience you get what you pay for with mufflers.

aside from the raspy sound at the higher RPM's, i wouldnt say its that bad....its far better than some ive heard, with that raspy sound on the entire RPM spectrum....hopfully the res will help u out
