probably not.

95 civics ride on the EG chassis, which is similar to the DC integra chassis only.

you can get a kit to mount an ITR bar on an EK. And lots of integra owners upgrade to the ITR bar. I think you can make it work , but I'd ask, why are you looking only at the LS bar? go with something bigger.
