Default Subwoofer Cover By Windcalmer

What is it: Subwoofer Protector Cover
Vendor: Windcalmer, HCF's Welding Expert
Cost: I think it was like 20 bucks
Installation: If you dont know how to install it you most likely have a mental disability

I had him design it like the japanese war flag called HINOMARU and paint it red. Just screw it on tight and let it do it's thing while looking very nice.

Not too bad looking. I just grabbed a Kicker metal grill for mine. Did you build that after my box design?

YEAH! If I would have done it over I would have measured out the depth of my trunk better and made the box more flush. I do like that i can put stuff in the openings, though. Your DIY really helped and I never would have even done it if I didnt see it! Thanks!

I still say you need to paint the tabs black. It will make it look a lot better. LOL Thats for the write up and the HCFs Expert Welder. That was funny.

Yeah, I have black spray paint now (painted my steelies a couple weeks ago) so I can do it, I just locked that thing down so tight that I dont want to lift up the cover again! I'm afraid it wont hold it as tight as it is now.... could I spray it onto a brush or something and then rub it on? I think I might try that!

Dont do it. If you spray paint on a brush all you are gonna do is ruin a good brush. Just go to your local crafts store and get some black enamel model paint and brush that on. It will look better.
